HDBLens provides independent analysis of public data for general informational purposes. It is not an official HDB service, valuation, offer, financial recommendation, legal advice or guarantee of a future transaction price.

Data limitations

Public records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or revised. Derived values depend on the stated method and sample. Verify important facts with the official source and qualified professionals before acting.

No affiliation

HDBLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by HDB, CPF, SingStat or the Singapore Government. Names and source descriptions identify the origin of public datasets.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to identify private individuals, overload the site, circumvent access controls, misrepresent HDBLens data as an official valuation or republish the full static dataset as your own product.

Availability

The service may change or be unavailable without notice. Features and publication cohorts can be added, corrected or withdrawn as data quality is reviewed.
