HDBLens turns official HDB resale records into inspectable market context for Singapore buyers.
Why it exists
A transaction price without context is easy to misread. Portals often mix listings, leads and black-box estimates; raw government tables are authoritative but require work to compare. HDBLens sits between them: a fast buyer tool whose calculations remain visible.
What it will not do
HDBLens does not claim to predict future prices, replace an official valuation, or know private details about a unit. It does not rank agents, collect seller leads or hide the source records behind an opaque score.
How publication works
Search covers the full block dataset, while editorial pages are published only when their data, comparisons and explanations are complete. HDBLens does not mass-publish one thin page for every block.
